Covid-19 and Change

Throughout Covid-19 I have grown a lot as a person and I have made a lot of changes in my life. Transitioning from regular classes in school to online zoom classes was a big change for everyone. As a result, my routine changed for school. I would no longer go to bed at a reasonable time and I would be waking up very late as well. This really began to mess with my once-planned-out sleeping schedule and it has been the same ever since. I have not been able to fix my sleeping schedule since and until I have a regularly structured schedule, I’m not sure I will be able to fix it. Even though my sleeping schedule has been turned upside down because of the pandemic I have been working really hard to get it back on track. I have been using my phone less before bed, I have been working hard on not eating so late at night, and I have been trying to go to bed at the same time every night. This has been helping me to feel more rested and less stressed out. I still have times, especially since it is approaching the end of the semester when I get stressed out but I have been able to come myself down and reassure myself that I’ll get through it. Covid-19 has been very difficult but it has really helped me to break away from old habits and resolve them.
